Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.
Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.
DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.

This is a genuine DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise Enhanced sold by Covert Drones, an independent reseller. If your controller arrives defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll coordinate a replacement under our DOA policy.
The RC Plus 2 carries DJI's standard manufacturer warranty for controllers. CPS Drone Protection coverage on the M4 series aircraft includes the original RC Plus 2 controller paired with that aircraft. A second controller purchased separately is not automatically included in an existing CPS plan on the airframe — verify with CPS if controller coverage matters to your operation.

No. The RC Plus 2 is specific to the Matrice 4 Series (M4T, M4TD, M4E). The M30T and M350 RTK use the original DJI RC Plus controller, which is a different product. If you have an M30T and need a replacement controller, call us at (863) 224-6923 and we'll source the original RC Plus.
Do I need this if my M4 series aircraft already came with one?
