Are these drones new?

They're unused and unflown. Zero flight time and never refurbished.


We're an independent reseller, not an authorized DJI Enterprise dealer, so the units are activated prior to resale.

You bind it to your DJI account at setup
like any other drone. Same firmware, same software, same functionality.

The practical difference: they're not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care. Most of our customers either run them with their existing liability or add CPS protection coverage at checkout.
How fast will I get my drone?

Delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days. Some units ship from our U.S. inventory, others come direct from our supplier depending on availability. Same delivery window either way.

If there's ever a delay on your order, we'll reach out before you wonder. No silent backorders. Tracking sent as soon as your unit ships.
Do you offer Net 30 or purchase orders for agencies?

Yes. Net 30 is available for qualified agencies, departments, and businesses.
That includes law enforcement, fire, search and rescue, municipalities, and commercial operations.

We handle purchase orders, W-9, vendor onboarding, formal quotes, and grant-compatible documentation.

Reach out before placing the order and we'll walk you through it.
What about warranty and protection?

We offer CPS protection coverage as an add-on at checkout. It covers operational issues, damage, and repairs.


CPS isn't DJI Care or manufacturer warranty, but for real-world conditions, it gives most of our customers the same peace of mind at a similar price point.


DJI can also still service these units as paid
repairs if needed.
