We offer 30-day returns if you change your mind. To be eligible for a refund, the drone must be unused, with zero flight time, and returned in all original packaging with all included accessories and components. To Start a return you must reach out to sales@covertdrones.com to request an RMA and once we deem the items are eligible we provide prepaid return labels at no cost to you. Once we get the items back and inspect them, you may receive a full refund or exchange at no cost. We do not charge any restocking fees for defective or DOA units. Once the items have been used at all in the air, DJI EXPLICITLY stated theres NO warranty of ANY kind (Manufactures, or DJI CARE) at all in the usa. We do provide a warranty add on service through CPS that can be purchased at checkout. This is a paid service just like DJI CARE. Should something happen in flight, REGARDLESS if the issue IS a defect, or thought to be one, if you chooser not to purchase the add on warranty coverage with CPS (or your own such as state farm) then the unit will be either paid for out of pocket for repair or if total loss then out of pocket full. DJI Care was a paid service that the same unit would be minimum 1100 MORE and 1000 a year to renew. Whether CPS or DJI Care the coverage is still purchased and should you choose to forgo this, Covert Drones is NOT LIABLE once your drone is flown even for 1 second in the air. These units are at a significantly lower cost due to that cost.

Yes. These are genuine, unused DJI drones. Before shipping, we complete activation to confirm proper setup and regional compatibility. Although the unit may show as “activated,” it has never been flown or used and arrives in brand-new condition. This step does not affect your ability to register or operate the drone..

We provide universal, region-free activation so your drone works worldwide without regional restrictions. This ensures a smoother setup experience and avoids compatibility issues for professional users operating in multiple locations. Because of this global activation, the unit is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI’s U.S.-based warranty programs.

If your drone arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), we’ve got you covered. Just notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will coordinate a replacement or repair at no cost to you. These drones are not eligible for DJI’s U.S.-based warranty or DJI Enterprise Care, NOR is there Manufactures Warranty. Once you fly the drone even if 1 second, and the product had a defect, or you felt as such and you chose to not purchase the CPS warranty (or your own 3rd party) than the repair or replacement will be FULL OUT OF pocket by you. DJI Care was still a paid program and the same drone with 1 year of DJI Care AT MINIMUM would be 1100 MORE for the same unit. There is NO MANUFACTURES WARRANTY. CPS is a FANTASTIC program that is a FRACTION of the cost vs the Care Plus program that ran 1000 PER YEAR for renewing as well. These units are significantly lower cost and its due to this coverage. If warranty coverage is something you dont feel that you either want to purchase, we do suggest that these units are not going to be the rit fit. That said, DJI can still service these units through paid repairs if they are damaged. If a repair is required, DJI sets the repair cost, approval, and turnaround time, and any associated repair fees would be paid directly to DJI.
