Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return..  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, NEW unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


All DJI, Autel Drones NON returnable.   

Once the Void seal or box has been opened, drones become ineligible for any returns or exchanges.  Because of the unique registration of your new drone has to you, along with the Warranty and serial number, the manufacture requires you to contact them for any questions regarding defects etc.  Drones have only 3 days after the date of delivery to be eligible for the return. It still must be in the full factory sealed package.  

For returns of Defective products 

there is no fee for returning the device and, Covert Drones will pay the return shipping fee, There will also be NO RESTOCKING fee for any damaged in transit or defective products. Defective items can be in new or used condition within the 30 days.  To be eligible for a return the item MUST be in NEW condition if you receive a defective product. Defective products - will be free return shipping and covert drones will provide you the label. Must be in New Condition.  There is also NO RESTOCKING FEE for defective products.Covert Drones will send you a return RMA label via email for you to download/print regardless of which return reason you choose. 


For return reason Customer Remorse

Customer remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, return shipping has a flat cost of $20 and original cost of shipping will not be returned. The item must ALSO be UNUSED and NEW condition for remorse returns. These antennas CANNOT be opened or attempted install,  No used installed products will be accepted for this reason.  


You MUST contact us at before sending anything to us. You need to have an RMA number and label.  Returns without this will be refused.  


Orders sent to Ukraine are not eligible for a returns at this time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Only we exchange products that are damaged, wrong size, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
