A note on federal funding: as of December 22, 2025, FAR 52.240-1 restricts the use of federal funds (including grant pass-through dollars like SHSP, UASI, AFG, EMPG, and Byrne-JAG) for DJI procurement. Agency operating budgets, state-only funds, asset forfeiture, and non-federal sources are still clean for DJI purchases. If you're not sure which applies to your funding source, call us and we'll work through it with you.

When We're Around

Phone and email are monitored Monday through Friday during normal business hours, and we check in on weekends and after hours when we can. We're a small family operation, not a 24/7 call center, but we'll get back to you fast, usually same day.

If something's urgent on an existing order, call. If it's a quote or a general product question, email is fine and we'll usually respond within a few hours.
