Each aircraft ships unused with zero flight hours and is activated and verified before shipment.
These units are not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S.-based manufacturer warranty. DJI may still provide paid repair service where available.
If your drone arrives with a defect, contact Covert Drones within 72 hours of delivery so we can coordinate replacement or repair under our DOA policy.
Optional CPS Drone Protection is available at checkout and may provide coverage for accidental damage, crash damage, water damage, hardware failure, controller damage, and gimbal damage, subject to plan terms, deductibles, exclusions, and coverage limits.
