Thank you for your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before flying or using your drone.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): The unit is defective or non-functional upon receipt.
- Unused & Unopened: The unit has never been powered on, flown, or used in any way.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Flight Voids Return Eligibility
Once a drone has been flown — even for a single second — it is no longer eligible for return or refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.
Warranty Notice
DJI does not provide a manufacturer's warranty unless you purchase the CPS (Care Refresh) warranty add-on at the time of purchase. If you did not purchase the CPS warranty, your unit is not covered under any manufacturer's warranty. We strongly recommend adding CPS coverage at checkout.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
