I am sorry for the frustration, but I think it is important that we understand the exact timeline so everything is clear.
What we tell customers to expect
• Our delivery window is five to seven business days from the order date. For an order placed on Tue Aug 12, the expected window was Tue Aug 19 through Thu Aug 21.
What actually happened
• Battery and speaker delivered Sat Aug 16
• Spotlight delivered Fri Aug 22
• The drone shipment paused with UPS in Kentucky on Wed Aug 20
• We opened a trace with UPS and to avoid further delay we shipped a replacement drone on Mon Aug 25
• You received the replacement drone on Tue Aug 26
What Was The Real Issue
• The issue was a UPS transit delay on the drone. Once that became clear we sent a replacement and you received it three business days after the end of the original window. All other items arrived within or very near the expected time frame.
We did everything we could to resolve the carrier delay as quickly as possible. We are a small team and cannot respond instantly to repeated calls & text messages, though we always work to communicate promptly and get problems solved. If our approach does not meet your expectations we understand if you choose a different vendor in the future.
