This plan is designed for commercial and enterprise drone operators who want protection against accidental damage and covered internal failures over a longer ownership period. CPS supports consumer, commercial, and enterprise drones, with covered repairs handled by factory-authorized technicians using OEM-trained service and genuine parts.
What's Covered
Coverage includes:
- Parts and labor for covered repairs
- Accidental crashes and impacts
- Drops, collisions, and hard landings
- Mechanical failures
- Hardware failures
- Electrical failures
- Camera and gimbal when included in the manufacturer's original box
- International coverage
- Replacement options if the aircraft cannot be repaired, subject to CPS program terms

What's Not Covered
The plan excludes:
- Loss
- Theft
- Flyaways
- Full water submersion
- Batteries
- Propellers
- Accessories not included in the manufacturer's original box
When Coverage Begins
The CPS Accidental Drone Warranty is based on the end user's purchase date. There is a 30-day claims hold, with CPS coverage beginning on Day 31.
After purchase, register the plan using:
- CPS Warranty Number
- Matrice 4TD serial number
- Purchase receipt
Registration is completed through CPS Central.
Claims and Repairs
Claims may be submitted by phone, email, online portal, or chat. Once the aircraft is received for service, CPS's factory-authorized repair team handles the covered repair.
CPS states that repairs are completed by OEM-trained technicians using genuine parts and may take place through the CPS Drone Repair Center or directly with the manufacturer.
If the drone cannot be repaired, CPS may provide replacement options according to the applicable program terms.
