This product is delivered as a unused, never refurbished aircraft.
Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.
Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.
DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.

What This Kit Does
For survey work, the base station and rover both need stable, repeatable hardware. The D-RTK 3 broadcasts corrections from a known position, which means the position has to actually be known and the station has to actually be stable. The tripod handles the base side. The survey pole handles the rover side and on-site GCP collection.

Safety Considerations
When deploying the tripod and survey pole at full height, verify the setup area is free from overhead obstructions, electrical lines, and tipping hazards. Survey poles raised to maximum height (200 cm) become significant lightning attractants in open terrain during electrical storms. Always check weather conditions before deployment in exposed areas.
For long-duration deployments on uneven terrain, the leveling system on the tripod requires adjustment to maintain stability. The dual-lock leg system holds securely but isn't a substitute for proper setup on stable ground.
Protection and Coverage
This is genuine DJI hardware. If your tripod or survey pole arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll coordinate a replacement at no cost to you under our DOA policy.
After the 72-hour window, manufacturing defects fall under DJI's standard accessory return process if applicable. We can help facilitate that process if needed.
