I will start with the only downside I found, when purchasing the video 21.5-inch view system, I almost broke rank and sourced it elsewhere. When I clicked to include battery's, the price went up as expected but I did not realize how much it went up, what batteries were to be included, who the manufacture of these batteries were. This is very important data for making a purchase decision. I did spend around 10600.00 DOLLARS FOR THE ABSOLUTLY COMPLETE SOLUTION EXCEPT I SOUCED THE BATTERYS FOR THE VIDEO SYSTEM DIRECTY FROM THE MANUFACTURE. It was not about the price of battery, but I could not identify what kind I was purchasing.
The good news, now, the support was remarkable for both owners on Covert Drones LLC. The bundle was brilliantly put together with the VERY best of the best most recent DJI product versions. The price was remarkable, and the shipping was so fast, free with no taxes added and complete that it felt like it was on my front door before I walked away from the computer after just ordering the enterprise equipment. These two people have put together an extraordinary business model and execution. I could not conceive of a higher rating.
