Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders from our US warehouse. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

We ship to all 50 US states via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.

Signature Requirements

Due to the high value of our products, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@covertdrones.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.
