All shipments are fully trackable and handled by major carriers to ensure safe transit.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If your order includes custom configuration or activation services, additional processing time may apply. We will notify you if this affects your timeline.
Where Is My Order Shipping From?
Covert Drones ships from:
• Our Florida-based inventory in Haines City
• Direct from authorized supply partners
Shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and model type. This allows us to fulfill orders quickly and maintain consistent inventory on high-demand DJI Enterprise equipment.
Regardless of origin, we manage your order from start to finish.

Signature & High-Value Orders
Most DJI Enterprise drones and high-value equipment require signature confirmation upon delivery for security purposes.
We strongly recommend:
• Using a secure business address
• Monitoring tracking updates
• Being available for delivery
If Your Tracking Has Not Updated
It is normal for tracking to show “Label Created” for 24–48 hours before the carrier scans the package.
If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located:

Contact the carrier directly
If you still cannot locate your shipment, email us within 24 hours and we will assist with a carrier claim.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping on select orders.
Flat International Shipping Rate: $125
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations.
Delivery Information
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. While we work with reliable global carriers, shipping delays may occur due to:

Weekends and legal holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

If a package is returned due to an address error or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply.
Signature Requirement
All drone shipments are sent signature required for security.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates and coordinating with the carrier for secure delivery.
