What drones does Covert Drones sell? We specialize in DJI enterprise drones including the Matrice 4T, Matrice 4TD, Matrice 4E, and Matrice 400, along with mission-ready bundles for public safety, search and rescue, wildlife recovery, and mapping operations.
Are your drones new? Our drones are unused and unflown with zero flight hours. Units are activated prior to resale, which means they are not considered "new" under DJI's strict definition but are fully functional and ready to bind to your DJI account.
Is Covert Drones an authorized DJI dealer? No. We are an independent reseller. Our units are not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's standard U.S. warranty programs. We are upfront about this and offer CPS third-party protection as an alternative.
What is CPS drone protection? CPS is a third-party insurance option available at checkout that covers damage, hardware failure, water damage, and controller and camera issues on commercial Part 107 operations. It is a practical alternative to DJI Enterprise Care for buyers who want protection on their investment.
How long does delivery take? Most orders deliver in 5 to 7 business days.
