Returns
Thank you for choosing Covert Drones. We stand behind the equipment we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below. We also do not accept exchanges on any products. Returns of Defective Products BEFORE using the product will be eligible for a return. Prepaid shipping labels will be supplied free of charge on any returnable, defective products.
DJI and ALL of their Warranty Programs which include DJI Enterprise Care, Care Plus, and all DJI Care Refresh are now discontinued or paused with NO date for them coming back. DJI wraps the 'manufactures' warranty on these programs. Even though they no longer have these programs if a product arrives DOA Covert Drones will take care of this. At NO POINT after the products being used are they eligible for ANY coverage. CPS, State Farm etc does supply coverage at an affordable cost that is far lower than DJI Programs. If the product in use dies regardless of it being believed or is a defect and you decided to not add coverage, this drone would not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be unopened and in original packaging
• All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Because DJI Enterprise equipment is high-value and serialized, any product that has been opened, flown, or used will not be eligible for a return. Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
Covert Drones reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Sale & Discounted Items
• Full-priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit (if eligible).
• Items purchased at a discount without a promo code may qualify for exchange or store credit only.
• Items purchased using a promotional code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
We do not offer price adjustments or rain checks.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please include the following in an email to sales@covertdrones.com
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return
We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Covert Drones is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
