For full protection, we strongly recommend obtaining third-party insurance through providers like State Farm’s Personal Articles Policy, which covers damage, theft, and accidental loss.
Quality Assurance Activation
Each drone we ship is unused and undergoes a brief activation process before leaving our facility. This quality control step ensures your drone meets our high-performance standards and arrives ready for use. If you notice your drone is already activated, rest assured it’s unused, this pre-shipment testing helps guarantee optimal functionality right out of the box.
Make sure to grab your BS30 Battery Charging Station along with a minimum of 2 TB30 Batteries (2 are needed to fly the drone), and either the DJI Zenmuse H20, DJI Zenmuse H20t (Thermal), or the DJI Zenmuse H20N (Night Vision) Camera. None of the listed accessories come with the drone and you will need them all to fly the Drone!
