This product is delivered as a unused, never refurbished aircraft.

Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.

Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.

DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.

CPS coverage can provide protection against accidental damage, crash damage, water damage, electrical failures, and other covered incidents depending on the selected plan. The camera and gimbal are covered as well, since they come included in the box from DJI. Coverage applies to both commercial and recreational use, so your Part 107 work is covered.

Because these are activated units, they aren't eligible for DJI Enterprise Care. CPS coverage is administered directly through CPS and is separate from DJI manufacturer coverage. Covert Drones is an independent reseller, not the warranty obligor.

Coverage begins on day 31, with a standard 30-day hold at the start of the plan. Anything wrong on arrival is handled under our own DOA policy, just reach out within 72 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend protection coverage for public safety, commercial, wildlife recovery, and field operations where equipment is regularly exposed to demanding environments.

Coverage terms, limits, deductibles, and claim procedures are determined by CPS and will be provided during enrollment.
