The CPS 2-Year Drone Protection Plan gives Matrice 4T and Matrice 4E operators a longer protection period against accidental damage and covered internal failures.
This plan is built for commercial and enterprise users who expect to keep their aircraft in active service and want coverage beyond the initial purchase period. CPS supports eligible consumer, commercial, and enterprise drones, with repairs handled by factory-authorized technicians using OEM-trained service and genuine parts.
What's Covered
Coverage includes:
- Parts and labor for covered repairs
- Accidental damage from crashes and impacts
- Drops, collisions, and hard landings
- Mechanical, hardware, and electrical failures
- Camera and gimbal when included in the manufacturer's original box
- International coverage
- Replacement options if the drone cannot be repaired, subject to CPS program terms
**Note: A deductible applies at the time of claim.**
What's Not Covered
The plan excludes:
- Loss
- Theft
- Flyaways
- Full water submersion
- Batteries
- Propellers
- Accessories not included in the manufacturer's original box
When Coverage Begins
The CPS Accidental Drone Warranty is based on the end user's purchase date. There is a 30-day claims hold, with CPS coverage beginning on Day 31.
After purchase, register the plan through CPS using:
- CPS Warranty Number
- Drone serial number
- Purchase receipt
Claims and Repairs
Claims can be filed by phone, email, online portal, or chat. Once the drone is received, CPS's factory-authorized repair team handles the service.
Repairs are performed by OEM-trained technicians using genuine parts and may be completed through the CPS Drone Repair Center or directly with the manufacturer.
